- Fix vdr crash when terminate with a bad button.
- Fix the connected server menu (mainly in cMLDonkeyStatus::AddServerInfo() ).
- Terminate the setup section (and eliminate the #define IP_CORE_CORE).
- Add login and password request for connection to mldonkey core.
